My Story…
This year, our Burlington St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog community is taking part in Tails on Trails, a walk-a-thon that brings volunteers and their dogs together to raise funds for the incredible work of St. John Ambulance. We are walking in loving memory of Adrienne, a beloved volunteer who gave her time, kindness, and compassion to this program. Adrienne believed deeply in the comfort and joy that therapy dogs bring to people of all ages, and she poured her energy into helping others feel cared for and supported. Why We Walk: To support the St. John Ambulance and the Therapy Dog Program, which provides visits to seniors, hospitals, schools, and community spaces, bringing comfort and smiles where they’re needed most. How You Can Help Every donation—big or small—honours Adrienne’s memory and helps St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs continue their vital mission. Together, we can ensure more people experience the healing presence of a wagging tail, a listening ear, and a caring heart.
