Volunteers Needed!
The Essex Region Conservation Foundation is also looking for some of Santa’s Helpers to help marshal at the race or assist with registration. A fun opportunity to earn towards your 40 hours!
Volunteers will be positioned at various locations around the Amherstburg race route. For more information, email Danielle at dstuebing@erca.org or call 519-776-5209 ext 352.

Volunteer position details:
Race Registration Assistant- Help racers check-in on the day of the race and helps distribute Santa Suits. Time commitment is approximately 11am to 4pm on Saturday, November 16 at Flow Cafe and Bike show.
Route Marshalls- Make sure racers follow the course. Time commitment is approximately 4pm to 6:30pm on November 16.
Water Station Attendee- Keep our racers hydrated during the race. Time commitment is approximately 4pm to 6:30pm on November 16.
Barricade Attendee- Keep vehicles off the course and cheer racers on as they go by. Time commitment is approximately 4pm to 6:30pm on November 16.
Finish Line Volunteers - Help distribute hot chocolate and cookies to our Santas as they finish the race! Time commitment is approximately 4:30pm to 7:30pm on November 16.
