Welcome to the 2025 RBC Race for the Kids and RMH Family Walk event page! Thank you for your interest in this year's event, taking place on Saturday, August 16th. Proceeds enable Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest to provide a caring and comfortable home-away-from-home that keeps families together and reduces stress during a child's serious illness. With five Minnesota locations, RMHC-UM supports thousands of families from across the state and region every year. In 2024, 5,649 families saved more than $7 million, thanks to Ronald McDonald House!
All Race and Family Walk participants are encouraged to fundraise for the Ronald McDonald House - just click the Create/Join a Team or Register as an Individual button above to get started.
Race participants (10-mile, 5-mile, 5K, or Kids' Run) must also register on the official RBC race website to get a race bib/number.
The in-person RBC Race for the Kids is returning to Minneapolis on the West River Parkway Trail by the Guthrie Theater.
RMH Family Walk participants can also walk on their favorite hometown path, but we hope you can join us for the in-person celebration as well!

Why fundraise for the Ronald McDonald House?
In addition to winning AWESOME fundraising prizes, you can be assured that every dollar you raise will directly impact our ability to provide food, shelter, comfort, and love to families with seriously ill and injured children.
Last year, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest (RHMC-UM) served thousands of families across our four Twin Cities locations and RHM Northland in Duluth. By asking friends and family to join your RBC Race for the Kids team and/or support your fundraising efforts, you will help us provide complimentary lodging, meals, and supportive programming to families dealing with a child's health crisis. At 'The House That Love Built', families are never charged for services, and are warmly welcomed to access our facilities for as long as their child's situation requires.
"We're just so grateful. Thank you for giving us a place to rest and refresh while our baby was in the hospital. RMH was a lifeline." - Mother of a child hospitalized at Children's Minnesota - Minneapolis.
Thanks to you, RMHC-UM saves families thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket expenses for hotels, meals and more, freeing them up to spend precious time with their hospitalized child and other family members. Your support of our mission means the world to them and to us. Thank you!
