I am so excited to support Extreme Love Ministries on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. Human trafficking is a serious issue that is happening all over the world. If a more traditional race is your thing, sign up for a 5K or 10K or Half Marathon and go! You can run or walk on your treadmill at the gym, or get creative. Just get the word out!
