I am asking for your help. ❤️
This year, we are raising funds for The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc. in honour of my Mother. No contribution is too small to help, and any donation is so much appreciated. ❤
Hospice is very close my mine and my family's heart. They took such amazing care of my Mother in her final days. We want to be able to help out as many families and residents at the Hospice as we can as they made such an impact on our family. ❤
The goal is to contribute to causes that honour my Mother and her legacy:
The Hospice provides care at no cost in two Hospice Residential Homes, through the Community Palliative Medicine Program and through Wellness Programs and Services. With only partial government funding, through the generous support of the community, Hospice has become the first palliative hospice village in North America.
