Thank you for visiting our family’s donation page in honor of sweet Weston. Rachel’s Gift provided us a memory box at the hospital, which included a hand knitted blanket and hat, and a gift certificate to Molly Bears, to order a weighted memory bear, weighing 2 lbs 11 oz just as Weston did.
Donating to this fundraiser would allow more families to receive the Memory Box, which in turn assists with the grieving process and honoring their sweet baby.
