I walk for My Niece GRACE FORD. Grace was taken from us tragically and unexpectedly on April 22. Our amazing Grace we will honour your memory by fighting and getting awareness out so everyone knows this disease can take anyone …. We Will make a difference! We love you and miss you so much ! Xo
