We are all aware of the need to continue to raise awareness and support one another when we endure mental health challenges and question our meaning, purpose, and at times, our ability to continue to live. As a Mental Health Educator, I have the privilege of facilitating mental wellness sessions, as well as suicide alertness (safeTALK) and intervention (ASIST) trainings, and know first hand how helpful these are.
