My Story…

24 Hours of Heroes is a community-based fitness event raising funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada. As a health care provider with friends and family who are First Responders, I am excited to participate in the 10 year anniversary event of 24 Hours of Heroes. Please consider supporting this amazing organization that provides support to not only local community members but to Canadian Veterans and First Responders across the country.
