My Story…

24 Hours of Heroes is a community-based fitness event raising funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada.

Wounded Warriors of Canada is a national mental health service provider that supports Canada's veterans, first responders, and their families by offering specialized programs and services. The organization focuses on trauma-exposed professionals and provides a range of resources, including group therapy, family programs, and workplace training.
