My Story…

This weekend, I’ll be taking part in Wounded Warriors Canada’s 24 Hours of Heroes — an event close to my heart as a first responder.

We’re coming together to honour and support veterans and first responders living with Operational Stress Injuries — those who’ve carried the weight of service long after the call ends.

Every workout is for the heroes who’ve sacrificed so much for us. Your donation helps provide the mental health care and support they deserve.
