Project Purple's Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month Virtual Turkey Trot 2026
Before you start your Thanksgiving celebrations, hit the street virtually with Project Purple to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research and patient aid. This virtual turkey trot is a 5K run or 1-mile walk that you can perform from anywhere in the world - whether that means from your local neighborhood, your treadmill, or even your city/town Turkey Trot 5K!
We recommend running on a team with friends and family but you can fly solo as well.
Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
Date: Nov. 26-29
Time: Anytime over Thanksgiving Weekend!
Location: From home, at an in-person turkey trot, or anywhere you can!

Because Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month takes place during November, we need your help to drive awareness of our mission both virtually and at your local turkey trots. Your participation in this event would be a big help as we step towards a world without pancreatic cancer.
We encourage you to create a team and invite your friends and family to join you.

2026 T-Shirt Design is on the way!
If you choose to register and participate, you will receive a 2026 Turkey Trot shirt and custom bib, which you can proudly wear to spread awareness for our mission while participating and during the rest of pancreatic cancer awareness month.
We strongly encourage wearing the shirts to your local turkey runs and/or posting photos of yourself with the shirt on social media. Due to shipping constraints, if you register by Monday, October 26, you should receive your shirt in time for race day (pending possible shipping issues beyond our control). If you register after 10/26 you will receive your shirt after the event.
Shirts are only available within the Continental U.S..

*Incentives include fundraising totals raised via your Raceroster pages only. Registration cost does not count towards your total. Totals will be calculated on November 30. Fundraising after the totals are finalized will appear on your page and will make an impact, but may not be considered towards rewards.
