Standing tall after experiencing and witnessing the strain of uncared-for mental health is a huge milestone for me. Now on the other side, I do my best to encourage, support and be a listening ear to those who experience similar mental health strains as well. To share and be a reflection of the people and community of those who helped me is extremely important because it shows no one is alone, nor should go through it alone.
