I know what it’s like to live a life of darkness due to migraine. Always having to cancel plans, feeling guilty for appearing to be unaccountable like I had made the choice to have migraine take control and put my life on the back burner. Always being in pain and always being treated like I was lying or it was all in my head. 

I wish my younger self had an organization and community like Miles for Migraine to go to for support back then but I’m excited to have found them for myself now. The support and education they provide within the migraine community is beyond words. I walked one event and my entire world changed forever. 

The support and acceptance within  the community of Migraine is why I fundraise my way for Miles for Migraine!
