My Story…
In memory of “Kiersten (Lalle) Crosby (July 25,1975 – November 14, 2023) – “Angels don’t always have wings”
Kiersten’s long and courageous battle with breast cancer ended on November 14, 2023. Kiersten was a mother, a wife, a professional, and a dear friend and the love for her family and ‘life’ was contagious.Kiersten’s commitment to caring for others will leave a forever mark on those that she touched.
Kiersten was training for a half marathon during her battle. To honor of her efforts, I will be running the full Pittsburgh marathon in May 2025 for the second year in a row. This marathon is being run in honor and remembrance of Kiersten’s value of life and impact upon those she touched. I will be running with charity of Magee-Women’s Research Institute and Foundation. My goal is to raise at least $500 to fund research and treatment options.
I would appreciate any help that you kindly feel compelled to give. The donations will be given in Kiersten’s name and honor.
