Open Hand Ministries promotes economic justice in Pittsburgh's East End by supporting opportunities for financial well-being, home ownership, and home equity. The Pittsburgh Marathon is OHM's biggest fundraising event of the year. Please support their inspiring work by donating to the OHM's half marathon co-hort.
