My family and I will be walking/jogging/running the 5KM in support of Families Matter. As a volunteer Board member I am passionate about the incredible programs and resources FM provides to empower thriving families, children and new parents. Having experienced PP PTSD myself, I know the importance of such programs in the early days, months and years so that mothers and families can thrive!
