Help Lynsey raise money

In 2022 my dad suffered a massive heart attack and in April my father in law did as well. We are very lucky to have them both still with us. These major scares in life made me rethink how we take care of our health and what it requires. I started running a year ago to be an example for my children. To show how important it is to take care of our bodies and health and to show them they can do anything they put their hearts too. Our heart is our main organ and we need it to survive. Heart disease is the second leading cause of deaths in Canada and strokes are the 5th leading cause of death. Every contribution you make, no matter how small, creates more survivors and improves the health of Canadians.
