My Story…
I will be doing this year’s Servus Calgary Marathon in support of The War Amps’ Child Amputee (CHAMP) Program.
The CHAMP Program has been an amazing support throughout my life and I’ll do anything I can do to give back to them.
My goal for this marathon is to raise a minimum of $25,000 for CHAMP. If I reach my fundraising goal, that would make this my personal best fundraiser to date.
I’m also planning on achieving a personal best marathon time at this year’s Servus Calgary Marathon. I have been training hard and doing everything I can to make sure I cross the finish line in under 3:54:13.
The Calgary Marathon was my first ever marathon and this year’s race will be my 20th marathon in total. So, it would be extra special to achieve both of these personal goals on May 25th.
