I’m excited to join thousands of walkers and runners across Canada once again for my fourth year in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising funds for women’s mental health programs at the BC Women's Health Foundation.

The Run for Women 2025 will take place on May 10th. Participants can choose to walk or run either a 5K or 10K distance, in-person or virtually. I have registered for a virtual 10K run along my favorite route, the KVR Trail in Penticton.

I’m asking for donations later than usual this year because I initially thought I wouldn’t be able to participate. It has been an exceptional year for me, with an injury that prevented me from training for two months and the time-consuming task of preparing our beloved home for sale. I’m happy to say that I’m back on the trails as of two weeks ago and enjoying my runs once again. While I had hoped for a personal best this year, I’m just thrilled to be participating.

This cause is very close to my heart, as many of you know. I truly appreciate all of your support. Please consider donating to help me reach my fundraising goal.
