This will be my third year running this race and this event specifically is hands down the most positive, supportive race I have ever been a part of. Women's mental health is such a prevelant and important cause that affects each and everyone of us. This year in addition to running for all women I want to remember Wendy Ladner-Beaudry, Laken Riley, Alyssa Lokits and many others who have lost their lives running.
