Isabelle and I are a big supporter of women, women’s mental health and pregnancy. As a house hold made up of 4 girls we want to pave a path for not only ourselves but for the 2 younger ones. Exercise and mental health go hand in hand so we’re excited to train for this 5k and see how far we push ourselves to pursue a goal we’ve never done before.
