Support Lucy & Karen in the Women's Run – May 10th
Running for Women’s Health, Strength, and Community

On May 10th, Lucy and I will lace up our runners and hit the pavement for the Women's Run in proud support of the Women’s Health Foundation. Lucy is taking on the 5K, and I’ll be running the 10K — together, we’re putting our feet (and hearts) forward for a cause that means so much to us.

As a woman and mother of two incredible young women, I know just how important it is to support the health and well-being of women in every stage of life. I’ve felt the impact personally, and I’ve seen too many women walk through challenges—physical, emotional, mental—without the support they need or deserve.

That’s why this foundation matters. The Women’s Health Foundation provides crucial resources, advocacy, and care for women facing health struggles, often in silence. It lifts women when they need it most, just like the incredible community of women who surrounded me when I needed lifting.

I am so lucky and deeply grateful for that support system. Not every woman has one. So Lucy and I are running to help change that.
