It's that time of year again, I'm participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women on May 10th.   This fun event supports both research and funding for Women's Health initiatives right here in or community, as well as continuing my personal health improvement goals.  

Now, more than ever, too many women face challenges that can feel overwhelming.  Through your support we can ensure every woman and family gets the compassionate, life changing help they need.

I know we are all stretched.  I only ask for your moral support and cheerleading!
