When my brother was just eight years old, he faced a life-threatening battle with a virus called ADEM. Thanks to the incredible team at SickKids Hospital, he not only survived but thrived. Their unwavering support and advanced medical care transformed his life, allowing him to grow into the happy and healthy 18-year-old he is today.
