Help Lindsay raise money

Throughout my life, I have had many encounters with those impacted by mental health struggles. To help myself, I turned to running, which has been proven to be extremely beneficial to our mental health. Running has become my outlet, and if I can raise awareness by doing something that brings me joy, that’s all I could hope for. I’m sharing my story because if it can inspire just one person to keep going, then every kilometre and moment spent training has been worth it. I want to emphasis that no struggle lasts forever, and you are stronger than you know. Thank you for supporting this cause—it means everything to me.
