This year, my dad and I are lacing up our running shoes and hitting the pavement in the Toronto Half-Marathon—not just for the love of the run, but for a cause that runs deep in our hearts. We're running in memory of my grandmother, who we lost to cancer, and in support of the countless families who are still in the fight. We’ve joined forces under Team AI Trillium—the name of our company, and now the spirit of our mission. At AI Trillium, we’re all about streamlining processes and solving hard problems with the power of AI. But this challenge is personal. There’s no algorithm for grief, and no shortcut to healing. What we can do is act—with our feet, our hearts, and your support—to fund critical research and compassionate care through the Canadian Cancer Society. Every stride we take is for someone who can’t.
