Our story…
Hi everyone!
Our names are Tate and Cam, and we are a team of sisters from Haliburton/Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, running our first half-marathon together. Running has been a huge part of our lives growing up. From a young age, we gravitated towards the sport by participating and placing in our local/board races, the Toronto Women's Run Series, and now, running casually with family and friends. To us, this race is a celebration of our running achievements, and gives us an opportunity to take on a new challenge that inspires future goals, and allows us to spend time together as sisters doing something we love. We are honored to run this race in support of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, a foundation that raises funds for cancer research and treatment, and that has provided extensive support to some of our loved ones.
We are so grateful for any and all donations, and can not wait to run this race together!
