As individuals who have personally felt and witnessed the first-hand effects of mental health, our mission is to advocate for those experiencing mental health challenges.

Embrace Mental Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting mental health by funding clinics that offer pro bono counseling and vital resources to those in need. Our mission is to ensure accessible, compassionate mental health care for all, regardless of financial barriers, while raising awareness about the importance of mental well-being within communities.

Founded by three passionate runners who witnessed firsthand the profound impact mental health has on individuals and their surroundings, we set out to make a difference. We use our love for running as a vehicle to drive change, channeling our energy into supporting those affected by mental health challenges.

All donations will go directly to the Josseyln Center, underwriting therapy sessions for individuals who cannot financially afford it, and to the University of Illinois Counseling Center, financially supporting their Suicide Awareness Campaign this upcoming spring.

Together, we can give back to those who are the heart of the university and those facing financial barriers to mental health services. Join us in making a difference—one mile at a time.
