For almost every year since 2005, I have participated in Race Weekend. Now with COVID-19 in our hindsight lens, 73 yrs. young 😊 and semi-retired for 4 years, I am again (slowly) running the 5KM. For her 9th time, I will be joined by my wife, Debra who will walk the distance. We are continuing to raise funds in support of family medicine education and quality care at The Ottawa Hospital. We would be grateful for your sponsorship!
