For almost every year since 2005, I have participated in Race Weekend. Now with COVID-19 in our hindsight lens, 73 yrs. young 😊 and semi-retired for 4 years, I am again (slowly) running the 5KM. For her 9^th time, I will be joined by my wife, Debra who will walk the distance. We are continuing to raise funds in support of family medicine education and quality care at The Ottawa Hospital. We would be grateful for your sponsorship!

Your donation will help us reach the goal and give me the energy I need to cross the 5Km finish line at my 20^th anniversary year of participating in Ottawa Race Weekend now sponsored by Tamarack.
