REGISTRATION 1. What is Stripes Run? Stripes Run is McDonald's Philippines' activity that brings together families and friends to run for the benefit of the Ronald McDonald House of Charities (RMHC). 2. Is there an age limit to register for the Stripes Run? There’s no age limit to register for Stripes Run 2025. However, individuals that are not yet of legal age (17 years old and below) should be accompanied by their parents/guardians. 3. How can I register? All participants can register online in just three easy steps.
4. When is the registration period? Online registration will start on October 1 to November 30, 2025 5. Is the online registration system secure? Yes. We use a security system consistent with the banking industry standards of the Philippines. *Please note: Online registration with delivery entails extra costs: processing and web fee and delivery fee, on top of published registration fees. 6. Can I register directly at any McDonald’s store? No, The Stripes Run registration will accept online registration via https://bit.ly/McDonaldsStripesRun2025. 7. When is the Stripes Run race event? The Stripes Run race event will happen on December 7, 2025 at 4:00 AM. 8. Where is the venue for Stripes Run this year? The Stripes Run 2025 event will be held at SM MOA Concert Grounds 9. What will I get if I register? All participants will receive race kits inclusive of a race shirt, race socks, dog bib (for dog category ONLY) race bib, race map, breakfast meal and finisher’s token to be given on the day of the race. 10. What is the material of the shirt? The Stripes Run 2025 race shirt is dri-fit and 100% polyester. 11. Will there be onsite registration on race day? No, online registration period will be on October 1 to November 30, 2025 ONLY. We will keep you informed of any updates & announcements in our social media pages. 12. I registered but I won’t be able to attend on the day of the race event. Can I still claim my free breakfast meal and finisher’s token? No, the finisher’s token, medal and the breakfast meal can be claimed during the stripes run race day only. 13. I am 18 years old and I want to join the 1K Kiddie Stripes category, can I register? No, the 1K Kiddie Stripes category is for kids aged 8 years old and below only. 14. I already registered but I changed my mind, can I have a refund? No, registration is non-transferable and non-refundable as stated in our Terms and Conditions agreed prior registration confirmation. 15. How much is the delivery fee?
RACE CATEGORIES 16. I am 18 years old and I want to join the 1K Kiddie Stripes category, can I register? No, the 1K Kiddie Stripes category is for kids aged 8 years old and below. 17. How may race kits do we get if we are joining the 3K Family or 5K Squad category? Participants will get FOUR (4) race kit for family or squad participants, this include FOUR (4) race bibs, FOUR (4) shirts and FOUR (4) Race Socks. 18. We are a family or friends of FOUR (4), but we would like to join the individual categories, can we do that? Yes, you may join EITHER the individual categories OR the family/squad category depending on your preference. Corresponding registration fees will apply. 19. We are a family or friends of FOUR (4), can we WIN BOTH in the Individual and Family categories? No, you may only win in EITHER the individual OR in the family/squad category. Total family or squad time for the family and squad category will be counted. 20. Can we join the FAMILY or SQUAD CATEGORY even if we join in different distances? No, the family and squad category are only for the 3K and 5K distance. 21. If we are a group of (4), but we don’t belong to the same family, can we join the 3K Family or 5K Squad category? Yes, you can join as long as you are a group of FOUR and within the specified age requirements. FUR CATEGORY 22. Can I bring my pets to the run? Yes, you can! We have a separate category for pet lovers, they can register and participate with their pet dogs. 23. If I am registered in an individual category, can I still bring my dog? Or pets? No, you can’t. Bringing of dogs are solely for 1K Fur Stripes ONLY. Organizer’s will not allow entry of not authorized or registered in the run. 24. What if my fur companion is in heat or aggressive, are we still allowed to participate? No, pet companions that are in heat/aggressive will not be allowed to participate, Doctors and Vets are available on race day, and will screen first your fur companions before entering. 25. Are we allowed to unleash our fur companions? No, Fur companions must be on their leashes at all times within the race routes and village. Participants must be liable and responsible for their fur companions. 26. Will there be a dog bandana during the run? Yes, the pet bandana will be delivered via door to door. This will be included in the race kit inclusions for the 1K Fur Stripes. 27. Is there a pet size limitation for the pet category? No pet size limitation for the fur companion (big or small dog), but participants must be responsible for the fur companions. Aggressive or inheat fur pets will not be allowed to enter or join the run. 28. If I was sent home, is it possible to refund our participation? No, this is not allowed. Refund for inheat fur companions will not be allowed. MODE OF PAYMENT 29. What are the modes of payment? Upon online registration, participants can choose to either pay by GCash or Credit Card. A payment instruction will be provided to the participants as a guide. 30. Do you accept cash payments? No. All payment for Stripes Run will be via GCash or Credit Card only. CONFIRMATION EMAIL 31. How will I get a confirmation after a successful registration? Once the registration fee is paid, participants will be receiving a confirmation email with all summary of information and payment fee from Race Roster with the subject: Stripes Run 2025 Event Confirmation. Please check your inbox, promotions folder and spam folder for the confirmation. 32. What will I do if I didn’t get a confirmation email? If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please reach out to our Stripes Run support team through mcdostripesrun@runrio.com or send us a message via the Runrio Facebook Messenger page. CLAIMING OF RACE KITS 33. How can I claim my race kit? Race kits will be delivered to you registered address during the registration phase. 34. I couldn’t claim my race kit during the claiming period? Can I claim it on the event day? Unclaimed race kits can be claimed on December 6, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A dedicated booth for claiming the race kits will be available at the race event venue. 35. Can I change the size of my shirt after registration and confirmation? Changing of Shirt sizes is NOT APPLICABLE after the registration form has been submitted. Participants should refer to the race shirt size chart on the online registration site. RACE EVENT 36. Will there be winners for the fastest runners? Yes, the top three (3) male and female finishers in each race category will be declared as winners. 37. Where will the awarding ceremony take place? The awarding ceremony will take place inside Stripes Run Race Village. 38. Will the run time per runner be tracked? No, the top (3) winners will be only tracked. 39. Is it required to wear the Stripes Run shirts and socks during the race? Yes, it is necessary to wear the Stripes Run race singlet during the Stripes Run race. 40. Are there freebies on the day of the race? Yes, there will be giveaways/freebies on the race event day from McDo and from partner brands. 41. When is the medal going to be given? The medal will be awarded at the finish line. Please make sure to wear your race bib so the Stripes Run team can easily identify and hand you your dedicated medal. 42. How can I claim my finisher’s token and my free breakfast meal? To claim the free breakfast meal and finisher’s token, participants may present the race bib meal stub at the redemption booth within the Stripes Run Race Village. 43. Will there be baggage counters and changing areas? Yes, there will be baggage counters and changing tents at the Stripes Run Race Village. 44. Will there be available portalets on the race day? Yes, there will be portalets inside the Stripes Run Race Village. 45. Will there be road closures and parking facilities at the start and finish line? Yes, there will be road closures. Parts of the race route on the event day will be closed to traffic. Please refer to the official road advisory in the official race and LGU traffic advisories to be deployed 3 days prior race for specific road closure timings. 46. Are you offering discounts for the following? A. SENIOR CITIZENS: NO, the Stripes Run is an event for the benefit of the Ronald McDonald’s House Charities. The Stripes Run registration fee is not covered by the goods against which a Senior Citizen may apply the 20% discount or VAT exemption. Entitlement extends only to purchase of food, beverages and other consumables for their personal consumption and enjoyment. B. GROUP REGISTRATION: NO, the Stripes Run is an event for the benefit of the Ronald McDonald’s House Charities. For groups of 4 that qualify the specifications of 3K Family and 5K Squad categories, Php 2,899 for 3K Family and Php 3,599 for 5K Squad registration fee already recognize big savings. |
