Parking Information
We have the largest participant field in Run for Women Edmonton history! This means that onsite parking for all participants will be limited.
To ensure you and your fellow participants have an enjoyable event day, please consider the following:
CARPOOL WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY
Participants are strongly encouraged to carpool to reduce the number of cars at the event.
ARRIVE EARLY TO ACCESS EVENT SITE PARKING
We recommend that all participants arrive by 8:00 a.m. if they wish to park at the event site.
IF ARRIVING AFTER 8:15 a.m.: GO DIRECTLY TO OVERFLOW PARKING
On-site parking is expected to be full by 8:15 am. If you plan to arrive after 8:15 a.m., we recommend that you proceed directly to the overflow parking where shuttle buses will be available to transport participants to the event site. This will avoid a drive to the event site only to find out that the event site parking is full.
Overflow parking location:

- Buses will be running from this location starting at 7:15 a.m.
LITTLE STEPS PARTICIPANTS – ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 8:00 a.m.
The first event is the Little Steps run at 8:30 a.m. We recommend that all participants in this event (and their families) arrive no later than 7:45 am.
On site parking will be limited to:
- Zoo parking lot
- Dog park (located just east of the event site on 132 St. NW)
- Limited parking in neighbourhood north of event site
