Help Jodi raise money

Hi Friends,

On May 25, I'll be running 10km to raise vital fund to enhance women's mental health in our community, and I am hoping to have your support.

My goal is to raise at least $500 to facilitate the Mental and Wellness programs for Women at Oak Valley Health's Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Here's what your generous support will help contribute to:

$150 raised will help provide Art Therapy Supplies
$250 raised will enable 4 Yoga Therapy Sessions
$500 raised will enable 8 one-on-one therapy sessions...
$1000 raised will facility a 8-week Post Partum CBT Group

Your support will help to change the landscape of mental health care for all women - who could be a mother, a grandmother, a sister, an auntie to someone in our community.

Your generous donation, no matter the amount, will enable women who are suffering from mental health in our community to have continued access to leading-edge mental health and wellness programs, as well as compassionate care throughout every stage of their lives.
