I’m participating in a run to raise funds for the Shoppers Foundation for Women’s Health™, a cause dedicated to making sure every woman in Canada has the care, support, and research she deserves.

Women experience depression and anxiety twice as often as men and are three times more likely to face barriers to getting the care they need.
