🏃♀️ Turning 40 & Running 5K – What Could Go Wrong? 🤣
Hey everyone! This year, I’m celebrating my 40th birthday (May 30th 🎉) in the most unexpected way—by running my first-ever 5K at the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in Oakville on May 24th!
Yes, you read that right! The same girl who considers a shopping marathon an Olympic sport is now lacing up for an actual run. 🏃♀️💨
Why am I doing this?
To challenge myself (because apparently, turning 40 isn’t challenge enough 😆).
To support a great cause—women’s mental health!
To prove I can do it (and survive to tell the tale).
