This year I am running for Team ISANS. We are raising funds to ensure that newly arrived families have access to sports, recreation and outdoor activities in Nova Scotia. I have been running for many decades now... but although I'm a little slower these days... I am excited to be running for a purpose! Description
Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS) has been serving newcomers to Nova Scotia since 1980. We are the largest immigrant-serving agency in Atlantic Canada with over 270 staff members from more than 64 countries. We offer services in an inclusive manner, respectful of, and sensitive to, diversity. We are running to raise money to support our most vulnerable clients. All money raised will go directly into our Refugee Emergency Fund.
