My Story…
This is my first attempt at a half marathon, after a rough fall 2024 I decided to start paying more attention to my mental health and to experiment with sobriety. Since then I’ve started running 3 days a week and going to the gym regularly, I’ve never been stronger mentally & physically. I’d like to dedicate this run to my late mother Jackie. She was always so supportive of everything I did.
Description
Our Adsum Avengers team, is made up of Adsum staff, volunteers and community supporters. We do several fundraising initiatives as a team and often get together to walk and run and prepare for the Bluenose. We have lots of laughs and raise vital funds for the work Adsum is doing in the community. Please reach out to our team captain, Kathy McNab to join our team!
