Hi, it's me—Nina, your local mental health advocate! I'm excited to be participating in the LOVE YOU Run for Women for the fourth year in a row!
Last year, thanks to incredible supporters, I raised over $2,000—and this year, I’m aiming even higher to make a bigger impact on women's mental health programs across Canada. With your help, we can support Women’s College Hospital in continuing their life-changing work in women-centered mental health treatment, education, and research.
I’ll be participating virtually from Innisfil at my own pace—because while I may not be the most athletic, I’m committed to this cause! If you're able to donate, every dollar makes a difference and directly supports women's mental health programs in our communities.
