Help Sergio raise money

I’m running in this event because, honestly, if it weren’t for Children’s Hospital, I wouldn’t even be able to run today. When I was 17 years old, I completely shattered my talus bone, and the care I received at Children’s Hospital made all the difference. Thanks to their incredible team, I had a positive experience during my surgery and recovery. Without them, I don’t think I would have healed as well as I did. When my sister-in-law told me about this 5K, I was thrilled to participate. Interestingly, I had already seen the flyer for the race at my dentist’s office. After running on and off for the past seven months, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to have fun, challenge myself, and support an organization that was there for me when I needed it most as a teenager.
