Help Trish raise money

In January of this year I was looking for a new challenge - something to work towards that would not only help me manage my own mental health but would also benefit others in need. I came across an ad for this event and decided it was the perfect fit. Six months of training later, I am ready to do my best in the 5km race.

This year, the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in London will benefit My Sister’s Place - a safe, welcoming home environment that supports women experiencing multiple vulnerabilities such as gender-based violence, trauma, chronic mental and physical health challenges, homelessness, substance use and extreme poverty.
