Mental health should be a topic we aren’t afraid to discuss. My struggle with depression and anxiety was quite debilitating. No one should struggle alone and we can rise above. Women are strong, fearless, powerful, and resilient. I believe in walking for Mental Health because I believe in supporting others and working together. Together we are stronger ♥️Your mental health matters, you matter!
