My Story…

I am really looking forward to running my first 10K!! I have been a volunteer with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services for 2.5 years and am so excited to contribute to fundraising for their program My Sisters’ Place, in support of women's mental health.
