Course
All courses can be found here.
There is a STRICT 3 Hour (13:45/mi) pace requirement for the Half Marathon and a 1 Hour time limit for the 5K.
Teams
Corporate Teams will compete by business size, Division 1 (1-99), Division 2 (100-499) and Division 3 (500+).
Community Team will compete in their own division and will be comprised of social and community members.

Packet Pickup
We recommend picking up your bib, shirt and sponsor offerings before race morning. You are allowed to pick up for a friend but are responsible for communicating that pickup.

Ruck Division
Participants under 150 lbs must carry 10lbs.
Participants over 150 lbs must carry 20lbs.
There will be an on-site weigh station race morning, please refer to participant email with this information.

Parking maps can be found here.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed to participate in every distance. We do ask that stroller runners start towards the end of the starting chute.
Pets
Due to the nature of this course and amount of runners, pets are not allowed.
Headphones
It is very important to be aware of your surroundings at all times. We discourage the use of headphones but if you are using, please keep volume at a reasonable level. This allows you to hear call outs needed by Visually Impaired Guides, Emergency vehicles and as a courtesy of all runners.
Awards
5K Award ceremony will be held at 8:45AM inside Truist Field.
Half Marathon Award ceremony will be held at 9:45AM inside Truist Field.
If you cannot stay for the awards ceremony, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up award.
All finishers receive a finisher medal.
There are NO refunds for this race.
