Help naomi raise money

Hello, Thanks for making it to my page. I am proud and excited to be participating in this fundraiser which not only encourages movement and community but is raising funds for a group of people who have changed my life for the better. As a Parkinson's physiotherapist I like to think that I help people move and function better in turn improving their quality of life, but the reality is I have learned far more from those I treat then I could ever teach them. The people with Parkinson's & their families that I have had the privilege to work with possess a type of resilience and strength that cannot be put into words. Our treatment rooms, while sometimes filled with tears, are much more often filled with the smiles and laughter of people willing and able to find joy in the face of hardship. I hope through this fundraiser I can continue to support a community which always reminds me to celebrate the little things and come at the hard ones with courage and determination.
