My Story…
Well, I am back at it for a second year...paddling with the Draggin' Docs - a group of wonderful female physicians who love to laugh and are dedicated to caring for those around them! I am realizing, however, that last year, as a "newbie", I was spoiled by beautiful weather and calm waters for our practices. This year we have put in a lot of hard work and paddled in the cold, wind and rain. But it is so worth it, as we give our best to raise money for local charities again this year.

I would like to highlight Matthew House Ottawa, a faith based (Matthew 25:35) charity that supports refugee families. I am moved by the stories of resilience and am so happy to see that this organization is receiving support this year!
