Hello all, it's that time again...my favorite event of the season!

The Tim Hortons Dragon Boat Festival.

Please consider donating and helping me in supporting The Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation.

This year's charity recipients are:

Bruyère Health Foundation, Matthew House Ottawa, Children’s Aid Foundation of Ottawa, Tim Hortons Foundation Camps, Youth Services Bureau, Unbroken Recovery One Rep at a Time & Bereaved Families of Ontario (Ottawa Chapter)

I will be paddling with my team, The Party Oars, from June 20-22, 2025
