We’re the Bruyère Health Paddlers—a passionate crew of Bruyère Health staff, friends, and supporters paddling for a cause at the 2025 Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival! As we race across the water, we’re raising funds to support Bruyère’s life-changing healthcare services, including in the areas of aging, rehabilitation, and complex care.

At Bruyère Health, we help people reclaim their lives—whether they’re recovering from serious illness or injury, living with dementia, facing complex medical needs, or approaching end of life. We are the next step in care, rooted in compassion, innovation, and community.

This year, the Bruyère Health Paddlers are proud to paddle in support of the Mother Bruyère Legacy Fund—a special initiative that helps patients and residents facing financial hardship regain their independence and dignity. From wheelchair ramps to warm winter coats, or even granting a final wish like attending a concert or receiving a cherished pet bird, this fund brings comfort, hope, and joy to those who need it most.
