Help Maureen raise money

Hello! Mo here!

I’m raising money to run in Twin Cities Half Marathon on October 5th, 2025 for YMCA of the North’s Adventure Team, a cohort of 17+ camps and adventure programs that offer outdoor experiences for all ages, 365 days per year.  I had so much fun running as part of the team last year and am so excited to lace up shoes again for this effort! 

Y Adventure is fundraising specifically to increase our equity, inclusion and belonging efforts- including but not limited to:  continued learning experiences for our staff, necessary equipment, and more! Y Adventure is committed to creating inclusive, accessible spaces that acknowledge shared history and nurture diverse communities.

Personally, I have seen the positive impacts of Y Adventure programming on the faces and stories of campers through the decades when they get off  the bus and now in my own three kids!  I am so grateful for Y camps helping me raise my own kids and want our staff and programs to have the resources needed to get necessary trainings and equipment to make our spaces more accessible for ALL. 

Last year's funds are being used in amazing ways and I am so grateful for your support in this endeavor this year!
