My Story…

Hey everyone! We’re Alec and Patti Robinson—a mother and son duo rucking the 10-miler in honor of our father and grandfather, Sgt. Robert Wherritt. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII, earning the Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts.

Patti recently retired after 39 years as a registered nurse, and Alec is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. We're teaming up to raise $5,000 enough to fully fund one educational scholarships for the spouses and children of fallen or disabled service members and first responders.

Please help us reach our goal and honor the legacy of those who’ve sacrificed so much. Every donation makes a difference!
